Introducing Alinéate Group

Introduction to the business

Built for the business that works, and still depends on you.

If you have ever taken a day off and spent half of it on your phone, you already know the problem I am here to solve.

Not because your team is bad. Not because you have failed to train them or build systems or hire the right people. But because at some point, probably without anyone noticing, your business got organized around you. Your presence. Your decisions. Your availability. And now stepping back, even briefly, costs something.

My name is Pixie Saavedra. I am the founder of Alinéate Group, and I have spent 27 years inside service businesses. Restaurants, retail, fitness, multi-location operations, working from the frontline through executive leadership. What I found at every level, in every kind of service business, was the same pattern. Strong businesses. Capable people. Real results. And then a ceiling that more effort could not move.
The ceiling was never about talent or commitment. It was structural.

What Alinéate Group does

Alinéate Group is an operational leadership advisory for established service business owners who are ready to stop carrying their business and start leading it.

We work with owners who have already proven the model. Revenue exists, the team exists, the market said yes a long time ago. But they cannot fully step away without operational consequences. These are owners who have tried delegation, built processes, hired managers, and watched all of it quietly return to them anyway. That is not a failure of effort. That is a structural problem. And structural problems have structural solutions.

Our signature program, Built to Run Without You, is a 90-day business realignment advisory that works inside your real operations to redesign how decisions move through your organization. Not theory. Not a framework you implement on your own. Hands-on advisory work, built around your specific business, with a clear outcome at the end of it.

What the 90 days look like

The work moves through three phases.

In Phase 1, we find the leaks. The places where the business quietly depends on you more than it should. Where decisions stall, where approvals default to you, where prior delegation failed to hold. Most owners already sense the symptoms. This phase identifies the structural cause.

In Phase 2, we cut the cord. We redesign who owns which decisions, when issues escalate and when they do not, and where authority actually sits. This is where the default-to-owner pattern gets interrupted at the root.

In Phase 3, we make it hold. We build an operating rhythm and communication structure that keeps the business running consistently without your daily presence required to sustain it.
By the end, the business is led by you rather than dependent on you.

Who this is for

This advisory is built for service business owners with a team, typically five to fifty people, who have stable demand but unstable autonomy. Owners who know their business works but have not been able to get it to run without them.
If you run a restaurant group, a retail operation, a fitness business, a trades company, a cleaning or care service, and the business still organizes itself around your availability, this work was built for you.

Why I built this

I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and I have spent my career at the specific intersection where leadership behavior and operational structure either align or break down. I have also spent several years as a business advisor through Women’s Economic Ventures, working directly with owners through growth and transition.

This is not work I developed in theory. I built it from inside the same environments my clients operate in. I know what it looks like when an owner becomes the bottleneck in their own business because I have watched it happen at every level of every kind of service operation. And I know what changes when the structure finally matches the ambition.

The next step

If you recognized your business in any of this, I would like to talk.

The first step is a free 30-minute Operational Clarity Call. We look at your specific situation, identify where the structural gaps are, and decide together whether this advisory is the right fit.

You can book that call here: https://calendly.com/pixiesaavedra/discovery-call

Your business is capable of running without you. It just needs to be designed that way.
