About the Facilitator

She has spent 27 years inside service businesses restaurants, retail, fitness, and multi-location operations from frontline roles through executive leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and serves as a business advisor with Women’s Economic Ventures. Her work focuses on the intersection of leadership structure and operational design: specifically, helping service business owners build companies that run on structure instead of personal involvement.
