1. What This Workshop Is
Built to Run: The Workshop is a live 2.5-hour working session conducted via Zoom for service business owners navigating rising costs and a business that still depends on them personally. The workshop covers operational strategies for protecting margins, clarifying decision ownership, and installing an operating rhythm. Participants complete three written action items during the session.
This workshop is educational and practical in nature. It is not consulting, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional services. Results depend on the participant's implementation and business circumstances.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of $497 USD. Payment is processed at the time of booking through the registration link provided. Your seat is not reserved until payment is received and confirmed.
By completing this registration form you confirm that your payment has been processed and that you agree to these terms.
3. No Refund Policy
All workshop registrations are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, regardless of whether the registrant attends the session.
If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, you may transfer your registration to a future session of Built to Run: The Workshop by notifying Alinéate Group at least 48 hours before the session date. Transfers are available one time per registration. Transfers requested less than 48 hours before the session will not be accommodated.

4. Session Access and Replay
Registered participants will receive a Zoom link by email prior to the session. Please arrive on time — late arrivals will be admitted but the session will not be restarted.
The session will be recorded. A replay will be made available to registered participants for seven (7) days following the session date. After seven days the replay will no longer be accessible. The replay is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
5. Recording Consent
By registering for and participating in this workshop, you consent to the recording of your voice, image, and any information you share during the session. Recordings are used for participant access to the replay and for quality purposes. Recordings will not be shared publicly without your prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, frameworks, materials, and tools presented during Built to Run: The Workshop are the intellectual property of Alinéate Group. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the frameworks and action items within their own business. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, record independently, or share workshop materials with third parties without prior written consent from Alinéate Group.
7. Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other participants. Alinéate Group reserves the right to remove any participant from the session without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the session environment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alinéate Group makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue results, or operational changes as a result of participation in this workshop. Results depend on the participant's implementation and business circumstances outside Alinéate Group's control.
In no event shall Alinéate Group's total liability to any participant exceed the workshop registration fee paid. Alinéate Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Ventura County, California.
